Sewall C. Strout (February 17, 1827 – August 10, 1914), of Portland, Maine, was a justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court from April 12, 1894 to April 12, 1908.

Born in Wales, Maine, Strout read law to gain admission to the bar in 1848. He settled in Portland, Maine, in 1854, and was appointed as an associate justice on April 12, 1894, thereafter serving until April 12, 1908. He died in Portland.[1]
