Social Enabled Education Namibia is a youth-led organisation that provides voter and civic education. Established in 2019, as I Am Voting Namibia now SEE (Socially Enabled Education), SEE Namibia is the first youth organization to be accredited by the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN). The organization is registered under the Ministry of Youth and Sport (Namibia), and provides voter and civic education to the general public. The main aim of the organisation is to actively ensure that young people are involved in democratic processes.
The organization observed both the presidential, National Assembly Elections in 2019 and the regional and local authorities’ elections in 2020, during the same period the organization has also observed and assisted in facilitating 2 political party elections. Facilitated 12 youth leaders to be given airtime to air their perspectives of the election on the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC).
