Storm Bettina, known in Germany as Storm Phil[1], was an extratropical cyclone which affected Eastern Europe during November 2023. First monitored by the Servizio Meteorologico on November 25 as a cold spell affected the continent, Bettina would cause more than twenty fatalities.
