  • Comment: Editor: this may meet WP:NPLACE guidelines, but you need more sources. We need proof it was declared a state forest in the 15th century, proof it is 2500 hectares, proof of the natural resources. You've linked two sources, both are WP:PRIMARY, and we would much rather WP:SECONDARY ones. Perhaps there are scientific journals or articles or historical books that discuss this place you could use? Qcne (talk) 19:54, 4 September 2023 (UTC)

Suba Menagesha was founded and declared as a state forest in 15 century AD. Emperor Zere Yacob is credited for the protection of this ecosystem during his time. The total area of the park is around 2500 hectares. The park is home to a number of natural resources like endemic animals, bird species, and vast forests. It also has important natural big trees like juniper and Eric arboreal and endemic antelopes like Minilik Bushbuck. The nature of the park gives room for bird watching, hiking and mountain climbing.[1]

The forest concession of Suba Menagesha is located in Oromia regional state, especial zone Wolemera and Sebeta Hawas woreda, touching 10 different kebeles, some 40 km South-West of Addis Ababa on the South-Western Slope of mountain Wechcha.

The area lies within geographic location of 9089´ to 9000´ North Latitude and 38031´ to 38035´ East Longitude.[2]
