Windows 1.01:

  • CPU: Intel 8086/8088
  • CPU Speed: 5 MHz
  • CPU Architecture: 16-bit
  • RAM: 256 KB
  • Disk Space: 192 KB (for system files)

Additional Info:

  • Windows 1.01 can be ran from a floppy disk
  • These requirements follow until 1.04

Windows 2.01:

  • CPU Architecture: 16-bit
