Taita Mountains

Taita Hills (in English: Taita Hills', also Teita Hills) are south east of Kenya, in Taita-Taveta county.

It is part of the mountains of the Eastern Arc which is more than million 100 years old[1] .

There are mainly three mountains: Dabida, Sagalla and Kasigau. The largest is Dawida which reaches 2,228 metres (7,310 ft) above sea level at the peak of Vuria. Others are: Iyale, Wesu, and Susu.
