The Floating Men are an American indie rock band formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 1990.[1] Originally a three piece acoustic ensemble, the band was formed by Jeff Holmes (guitar, vocals, songwriting) and Scot Evans (bass, harmony vocals). Holmes and Evans would bring in Jeff Bishop (drums) to complete the trio.[2]
