Home for the Friendless should link here
The Home for the Friendless is a historic building in St. Louis, Missouri. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. An elderly care facility, it is at 4431 South Broadway.[1]
It was on Carondelet Road. It was for "friendless old ladies."[2] A court case addressed whether it could be taxed.[3]
The Missouri Advisory Council on Historic Preservation considered it for National Register listing in 2015.[4]

In 1847, a "Home for the Friendless" was built in New York City.[5]
