The Key Man is an upcoming television series made by Miramax Television starring and executive produced by Dev Patel. It is based on the 2022 book The Key Man: How the Global Elite Was Duped by a Capitalist Fairy Tale by Simon Clark and Will Louch.
Synopsis[edit]
The series is a telling of the true life story of disgraced financier Arif Naqvi, the Pakistani businessman who was the founder of Dubai-based private-equity firm Abraaj.[1]

Based on the 2022 bestselling book by by the Wall Street Journal’s Simon Clark and Will Louch, thw project was announced by Miramax in March 2023 with Dev Patel starring and executive producing, alongside Scott Delman and Florence Sloan.[2]
