Trial of Brother Jeroboam is a comical play written by Wole Soyinka, a Nigerian playwright, novelist, and poet [1]. It was first published on January 1, 1998. It is a play depicting the story of a fake prophet taking a risk, who lives in a beach island and anchors his manipulating ministry. Chume, one of his favorite disciples has always sought an opportunity to beat his wife. Bro Jero ,indebted to chume's wife obliged him to beat his wife.
