Tristan Charles Parker (/ˈtɹɪstən tʃɑːlz ˈpɑːkə/, born May 1976[1]) is a British luxury property developer.
Early life and education[edit]
Parker's early life was heavily influenced by art. His father—arranger and multi-instrumentalist Tom Parker—founded Apollo 100 and was known for his work on the Young Blood catalogue along with multiple Don Fardon recordings. Parker is the nephew of four-time BAFTA-winning composer Jim Parker—a Guildhall School of Music silver medallist, a musician in London orchestras and chamber groups, and a crucial member of The Barrow Poets[2][3]. Tristan Parker received his formal education at Downside School in Somerset, England—selected among the Top Ten Senior Independent Schools by the Catholic Good Schools Guide 2023[4].
Career[edit]
Parker is the founder of PCL Property Group, a real estate development company[5]. Partnering with world-renowned interior designers such as 1508 London and Tollgard Studio, the company acquires and transforms super prime residential assets[6].
In 2024, Parker entered the luxury resort sector as Director of Development at MDC Investments LLC, affiliated with Madevco Holdings Limited (ADGM)[7]. He is currently involved in developing Baccarat Hotel & Residences Maldives—managed by SH Hotels & Resorts—in partnership with HKS and 1508 London[7][8]. The resort extends over five interconnected islands and is scheduled to open in 2027[7][8].
