UL Cyber Park is a joint venture of the Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society^[1] and the Government of Kerala for the promotion and development of Information Technology industry development in the state of Kerala.

UL Cyberpark is the first IT park^[2] in Kozhikode ( Calicut) region. Its being developed as an IT/ITES Special Economic Zone. Its a green building and LEED certified IT Park rated for Gold standards.

UL Cyberpark is strategically located on the NH 17 bye-pass road connecting Kochi in the South to Mumbai^[3]. Around the 200 km radius from this location, there are many tier 2 destination like Kochi, Mangalore, Mysore and Coimbatore.
