Victor Ide-Okoye business tycoon and the chairman and president of Boston Hills Resort & Hotel Ltd, a 5-star hotel in Anambra State, Nigeria.[1][2][3]

Early life and education[edit]

Victor was born and raised in Anambra State, Nigeria. He attended primary school at Umuoji, and secondary school at St. Paul’s Seminary Ukpor, and All Hallows Seminary Onitsha before finishing his secondary school at Nnobi High School Nnobi, Anambra state. After his secondary education, the young Dr. Ide-Okoye travelled to Boston, Massachusetts where he was given admission to study Business management at Northeastern University. He completed his university studies from the Northeastern University, and next, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix Boston Campus, Massachusetts.

He obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Global Management from Cambridge College in Massachusetts. Victor continued his education and achieved a doctoral degree in International Business from Argosy University in 2008. After completing his PhD, Dr. Victor availed the opportunity to explore global markets, international trade dynamics, and organizational management.

Career[edit]

Dr. Victor Ide-Okoye kicked-off his professional career as a CEO and President of Boston Management and Consulting Ltd. Next, he founded Entrepreneurs Guru Network Inc. to expand his network and step into the business industry. Notably, Dr. Victor was also appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Afro-American Center for Childhood Development Agency (AACCDA) to help support local and community-focused social initiatives.

In 2014, he founded Entrepreneurs Guru Network Inc., a consulting firm in the Boston area. In this startup, he introduced new business development, product launches, and formed a new staff.

On-profit Contributions[edit]

Apart from his entrepreneurial startups, Dr. Victor has also made notable contributions to academia and the non-profit sector. As a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management, his insights and experience have been shared on various business platforms. He has also served as a board member for several non-profit organizations to support social causes.
