War on the Rocks is an American online publication which covers topics related to foreign policy, defense, and national security. It is owned and operated by Metamorphic Media LLC, which was founded by the founder and current CEO of War on the Rocks, Ryan Evans.[1][2][3] He worked at various think tanks in London, England and Washington, USA before founding War on the Rocks.[4] [5][6][7][8][9]
