ZimWorX, LLC.[1] doing business as ZimWorX[2] (/zɪmˈwɝks/) (and formerly known as Global BP Solutions, LLC) is an American outsourcing and human resources company that specializes in recruiting, training and management of remote employees for its clients.[3] The company's name is a portmanteau of the words "Zimbabwe" and "Works". Its headquarters are located in Argyle, Texas, with a second corporate office located in Harare, Zimbabwe.[4] ZimWorX also has outsourcing campuses in Costa Rica, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Global BP Solutions[edit]
ZimWorX was co-founded (as Global BP Solutions) by American, J.W. Oliver Jr. and Zimbabwean born, Ken Sharpe in 2017. The two entrepreneurs met and struck up a friendship (and later a business relationship) in 2015 at a conference held in Curaçao.
The company launched and opened its first outsourcing campus at Celestial Park in Harare, Zimbabwe in late August 2017.[5]
Joina City[edit]
ZimWorX moved its outsourcing campus to the Joina City building in Harare, Zimbabwe in December 2017. Initially using only the 8th floor of the building, the company now occupies the 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 14th floors of the building.
SupportDDS[edit]
SupportDDS[6] is a subsidiary of ZimWorX that was launched in September 2018. It offers outsourcing services and remote employees specifically tailored for the dental industry in the United States.[7][8]
Costa Rica[edit]
In March 2023, the company expanded and opened an outsourcing campus in Liberia, Costa Rica for businesses that need Spanish-speaking team members.[9][10]
Philanthropy[edit]
The 51[edit]
The 51 is a commitment from ZimWorX to donate 51% of all the company's profits to ministries around the world[11][12]
The Bunny Estate[edit]
The Bunny Estate is an initiative under the 51 that is in partnership with WestProp Holdings,[13] (one of Ken Sharpe's other companies) and was implemented at Gwebi College of Agriculture.[14] The project's goal is to help train local farmers by giving them practical experience raising rabbits. As is the central pledge with the 51, 51% of the proceeds of the rabbit farm will go to the community.[15]
