@Star Mississippi: I moved the article to mainspace after rewriting the article and the specific concern with regard to this article was as per your previous assessment that WP:BLP1E issue from previous deletion. Article in its present shape has further citations from different events about the subject's activism so I thought that specific issue is resolved to that extent. The bulk of the article has the same focus as when it was deleted last year. It's possible the Climate March will change folks' opinion, but it's still not clear that Khan meets biographic notability guidelines which is why I nominated it. I think you'd be best served working on this in draft space and not rushing it to mainspace as it's likely that it's just too soon-not that Khan would never be notable. Does that help?
