Name: Just Mandela effect to be more policy-compliant? Or Mandela Effect? Does it have the weight of usage to qualify as a proper noun phrase?
Fiona Broome. Claiming that she innovated the term is plausible enough, but it's going to need a WP:RS source that's not WP:SPS.
