Duck Bamboo Curry (popularly known as Sylheti: ꠀꠡ ꠛꠣꠡ or Bengali: হাঁস বাঁশ, romanizedHash Bash) is a mildly spiced curry of duck meat with bamboo shoots,[2][3] from the Sylhet region of Bangladesh.[4][5][6][7][8]
