English Biscuit Manufacturers (EBM), previously known as Peek Freans Pakistan, is a Pakistani biscuits manufacturer based in Karachi, Pakistan.[2] According to a Nielsen survey, EBM enjoys a 45% market share. It makes Peek Freans biscuits and is the owner of the Pied Piper trademark.[3]

Sooper, a brand of EBM, accounts for almost half of the company's revenues.[2]

History[edit]

It was founded in 1966 as Peek Freans Pakistan Limited.[1]

In 2013, Sooper passed the PRs. 10 billion mark.[1][4]

In November 2021, Sooper Soft Bakes, a brand extension of Sooper biscuits was launched.[5]
