English: The first two seconds of "Doctor Ashen", a song generated with Dunc's Algomusic MkIIIb, a public domain algorithmic music generator. Most notable for being used by Stuart Ashen as the intro music for videos on his YouTube channel ashens from June 6, 2008 onwards. The software is available for download here, along with comments from its creator affirming the public domain status of the software.

Anyone with a copy of Dunc's Algomusic MkIIIb may generate this music by inputting the words "Doctor Ashen" (case-sensitive, without quotes) as the seed. As such, it is unlikely that Stuart Ashen would be considered the copyright holder of this music, as it was not directly created by him but rather generated by a public domain computer program with minimal user intervention.
