Goldsikka ATM

Goldsikka ATM is an automated teller machine in Hyderabad which is India's first [1][2] and the world's first real time gold ATM.[3][4]

It was launched by Goldsikka Pvt. Ltd. with the collaboration of OpenCube Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 3 December 2022 at Ashoka Raghupathi Chambers, Begumpet.[5][6][7][8] It was inaugurated by Vakiti Sunitha Laxma Reddy, Chairperson of Telangana Women's Commission.[9] In December 2023, Goldsikka ATM was launched at Ameerpet metro station, that dispenses Gold and silver coins.[10]

Functions[edit]

It can dispense gold coins ranging from 0.5 grams to 100 grams.[11][12][13] In the machine, people can use credit or debit card.[14] It gives 24/7 service to their customers[15] and also gives the live price of gold.[16] The gold will be of 24 carat and can store 5 kg gold.[17][18] It gives pure and hallmarked gold coins.[19] Its price is updated from the London bullion market.[20] Its coins are dispersed in packs which are tamper proof and certified with 999 purity.[21] The ATM will return money to bank if there will be any failed transaction.[22]
