Hastijan Rural District (Persian: دهستان هستيجان) is in the Central District of Delijan County, Markazi province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Hastijan.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,518 in 882 households.[5] There were 1,969 inhabitants in 706 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,021 in 799 households. The most populous of its 20 villages was Qalhar, with 618 people.[2]
