Campbell is considered a potential successor to Dana White as president and CEO of the UFC.[5] Campbell actively participates in negotiations with UFC fighters and was described by Ariel Helwani as the "third most important person in the company behind Ari [Emanuel] and White."[6] Nonetheless, Campbell rarely speaks publicly at length.[3]
