Immed IV from Hamaland (also known as Immed from Kleef) (ca. 950-around 995) was the first husband of Adela of Hamaland.
There is not much known about him. According to some he was the oldest son of count Immed III of the family of the Immedingen and his wife Gisela (Keila).
In the vita Meinwerci he is called the count from Renkum and nobleman from the diocese of Utrecht.

From the marriage with Adela of Hamaland he had the following children:
- Diederik from Hamaland
- Meinwerk, bishop of Paderborn, born before 979
- Azela, canonikes in Elten
- Glismod, husband from Adalbert, Margrave of Austria
- Emma of Lesum, married with Bellunger count Liudger and known as benefactress of the kerk in Bremen
