La Casita is a census-designated place (CDP) in Starr County, Texas, United States. It is a new CDP, formed from part of the former La Casita-Garciasville CDP prior to the 2010 census, with a population of 128.[1]

Geography[edit]

La Casita is located at 26°20′13″N 98°44′1″W / 26.33694°N 98.73361°W / 26.33694; -98.73361 (26.336898, -98.733732).[2]

Education[edit]

The CDP is within the Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District (formerly Rio Grande City Consolidated Independent School District)[3]
