Lucie Ratajová (born 2 December 1979)[2] is a football referee from the Czech Republic.[1]

In the Czech Domestic league system, Ratajová has refereed in the Czech First League.[2][3]

At confederation level she has officiated at the UEFA Women's Champions League, UEFA Women's Euro and FIFA Women's World Cup.[3] She also has refereed at the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics.[3][4]

Ratajová was appointed to be an official at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.[5]

Ratajová is dating footballer Markéta Ringelová.[6]
