Marzian (Persian: مرزيان), also Romanized as Marzīān, Marzeyān, and Marzīyan,^[3] is a village in Japelaq-e Sharqi Rural District of Japelaq District, Azna County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 738 in 178 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 920 people in 249 households.^[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 986 people in 274 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
