I belive this should read:

Resume editing

Not done: I don't see any convincing reason for this change. "Cancel" should be easy enough to understand, Biblioworm 16:24, 8 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

top left button currently reads "Resume editing"

Sorry, I think my previous edit request was unclear. As I understand it, this template is supposed to contain the text that appears on the VisualEditor button to cancel the save process (image, top left). For example, Wikipedia:VisualEditor/User_guide#Saving_changes uses it to say:

The "{{int:visualeditor-dialog-action-cancel}}" button returns you to the page you were editing. You can save all of your changes later.

Hope that clears up why I suggested the change (although if I've misunderstood the purpose of this template, I'm happy to be overruled).

Not done: This message isn't the "Resume editing" message - that's MediaWiki:Visualeditor-savedialog-label-resume-editing. This one is the label for the "Cancel" button in the reference dialog, the template dialog, the media dialog, etc. Changing it to "Resume editing" would be a bad idea, as users are already editing when they are viewing those dialogs. — Mr. Stradivarius ♪ talk ♪ 06:58, 9 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Mr. Stradivarius: Thank you for explaining! I see where I misunderstood (and now that I know the correct template to transclude, I can fix it on the user guide). T.Shafee(Evo﹠Evo)talk 11:35, 9 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
