Mike Thorn is a Canadian fiction writer and film critic.[1] He is the author of the novel Shelter for the Damned,[2] which has been translated into Spanish[3] and adapted for audio.[4] He is also the author of two short story collections: Darkest Hours[5] and Peel Back and See.[6]
His film criticism has appeared in MUBI Notebook,[7] The Film Stage,[8] American Twilight: The Cinema of Tobe Hooper (University of Texas Press)[9] and elsewhere. His fiction has been featured on The NoSleep Podcast[10] and Tales to Terrify.[11][12]
