Table issue[edit]

@GKFX: In my view (Vector 2022), the first (A) line of the table does not end up well, when uncollapsed, in the article. Looks like \n is missing before its |-. Could you take a look? DePiep (talk) 09:47, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Overflow - skip cat counting option[edit]

Currently, article List of Egyptian hieroglyphs has a overflow (Pages where post-expand include size is exceeded). To cut out low hanging fruit:

Please add option to not count category content (known as {{clc}}).

A simpler {{cl}} to link only the category name then. Parameter could be like |catcount=yes/no, with no=default. Pinging GKFX. DePiep (talk) 12:46, 9 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

.. more is needed maybe. Removing this TOC completely from List of Egyptian hieroglyphs gives "2,089,624/2,097,152 bytes" with no overflow. A whopping 7500 bytes free! DePiep (talk) 13:10, 9 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have replaced {{clc}} with a simple Lua implementation and the page now fully renders, though as you say there are not a lot of bytes left. User:GKFX^talk 20:33, 9 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
