Correct the map?[edit]

Something is very wrong. Some days ago I’ve tried to put some Infoboxes containing this map, but I had to put the coordinates by sight. By puting the right coordinates, the red dot will be in very wrong places. Where is the problem? Is this image badly dimensioned/referenced? Or the problem is in my browser?
