O Positiv, Inc. is a healthcare company headquartered in Los Angeles. It specializes in dietary supplements aimed at easing the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).[1] The company is the owner of the FLO brand.[2][3]

In 2017, siblings Brianna and Bobby Bitton launched O Positiv, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.[4][5] The company started with FLO, a gummy vitamin designed to alleviate the symptoms of PMS.[6][7]
In October 2021, the sugar-free capsule was launched.[8]
In 2022, O Positiv launched new women's health categories, including URO (urinary tract support and vaginal probiotics), MENO (to alleviate the symptoms of menopause),[9] and Retro Glowing Skin Gummy.[10][11]
In June 2023, the company introduced FLO PMS Complete, containing Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Pyrilamine Maleate to provide temporary relief from menstrual pain, cramps, aches, bloating, fatigue and water-related weight gain.[12][13]

Ingredients in FLO PMS Vitamin include Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Chasteberry (Vitex Agnus-Castus), and Dong Quai.[14] The dietary supplement is targeted at alleviating PMS symptoms such as cramps, bloating, hormonal acne, breast tenderness, and mood swings.[15][16]
