Pak Datacom is a Pakistani company which provides telecommunication services.

It is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Pak Datacom Ltd. specializes in providing end-to-end data communication solutions through Satellite based SCPC VSAT, DAMA, iDirect, Terrestrial Networks and Radio. Pak Datacom Ltd. is a subsidiary of Telecom Foundation, and was incorporated as a private limited company in July 1992 and was subsequently converted into public limited company in June 1994. The testing of the network and related system started in April 1994 and commercial operations commenced in July 1994.

Ownership[edit]

The Telecom Foundation owns 55% shares which works under the Ministry of Information Technology. While other 45% is owned by foreign and private investors.[2]
