The Israelites are oppressed by Jabin, king of Canaan. Judge Deborah sends Barak and ten thousand men to defeat Jabin‘s army. They are successful, but Sisera the captain of the army escapes, hiding with his ally Heber. While Sisera is sleeping, Heber‘s wife, Yael drives a stake through his temples.
