Main Street (also New York State Routes 21 and 332) in historic downtown Canandaigua, the Ontario County seat. The site of an important Native American treaty, this small city at the north end of the eponymous lake has become the central destination for visitors to the Finger Lakes wine region. Weekenders from nearby Rochester have also started making it an exurb of that metropolitan area.
