Repeated showcase articles[edit]

The nomination of London Underground as a showcase article for the second time, following its appearance in January 2006, provides us with an interestng opportunity to decide what kind of policy we want to apply with regards to repeating showcase articles. The options, as I see them, are a) to disallow any article that has previously been featured; b) treat any re-nominated articles as if they have been nominated for the first time, and allow them to be re-showcased; c) to put a time limit on how long an article must wait before it is featured again; or d) creating some sort of special criteria that would enable (an) article(s) to have special status. Views on the above would be appreciated. DJR (T) 18:48, 2 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Showcase articles still alive?[edit]

Is this initiative still running? --DarTar 09:19, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is it time…[edit]

…to put this page out of its misery? No-one seems to really be paying attention to it any more. – iridescent 20:03, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
