I work at a whirlpool corporation plant in arkansas. it is a union shop and we are currently in our second or third year of a contract. Yesterday they gave us a handout with a new set of plant rules. Is this a violation? is a contract between between labour and management federally enforceable? is there anything we can do about these new plant rules?

I'm sorry that I don't have the knowledge to answer the above comrade. I wanted to point out that including Nazism with Socialism is ignorant to the history of Nazism: among the first things the Nazis did when in power was to crush labor unions and ban them, along with any kind of striking. The first victims of the gas chambers were socialists and communists, along with the Roma. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.164.95.251 (talk) 14:50, 9 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
