Paul Gardener[edit]

I'm having a hard time finding who the "Paul Gardener" is who's given as the source of "A painting is never finished. It simply stops in an interesting place." I believe it's the writer and documentarian Paul Gardner (external link), but I'm uncertain.

Also, for what it's worth, I remember seeing it as "... in interesting places" in Eugene Ehrlich's 1996 "International Thesaurus of Quotations." ~E$ (talk) 14:53, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
