Putri Syaliza

Putri Syaliza Sazali (born 17 March 2003) is a Singaporean footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Oakland Golden Grizzlies.

College career[edit]

In 2021, Syaliza joined Cumberland University in the United States, but was unable to play for the team due to matriculation issues.[1] She transferred to Eastern Florida State College, helping the team win its first-ever National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I National Championship.[2]

Club career[edit]

In 2022, Syaliza signed for Thai side Chonburi, becoming the first Singaporean women's footballer to play in Thailand.

International career[edit]

At the age of fourteen, Syaliza debuted for the Singapore women's national football team, where she scored during a 2–0 win over the Maldives, becoming the youngest debutant and scorer in Singaporean football.[3]

Syaliza played in the SEA Games for Singapore.

Personal life[edit]

Syaliza has three siblings and her mother has worked as a bus driver.[4]
