From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Serpukhov constituency (No.126[a]) is a Russian legislative constituency in Moscow Oblast. The constituency covers southern Moscow Oblast. It was created in 1995 from parts of Podolsk, Kolomna and Odintsovo constituencies.
