Shah Sefid (Persian: شه سفيد, also Romanized as Shah Sefīd)[3] is a village in Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Garmsar County, Semnan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 583 in 163 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 679 people in 207 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 586 people in 201 households; it was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
