Susan Pickett is a violinist, musicologist, and Catharine Gould Chism Chair of Music at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. She has authored numerous books in musicology, including "Marion and Emilie Frances Bauer: From the Wild West to American Musical Modernism."[1]
