Professors?[edit]

The statement "Efon Alaaye people are well educated you hardly see a family without a first degree holder. These days the competition goes for doctorate degree holders and in a short while the town will be full of professors." sounds ridiculous. Any source? --Gereon K. The tittle "Effon-Alaiye"[edit]

The spelling "Effon-Alaiye" is wrong the right spelling is Efon-Alaaye — Preceding unsigned comment added by Appoggio (talkcontribs) 17:24, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The correct spelling in Yoruba would be "Ẹfọ̀n-Alààyè" though. But you can find "Efon Alaaye", "Efon-Alaye", "Effon Alaiye", "Efon-Alaaye" and "Efon Alaiye" as well, depending on the publication. --Gereon K. (talk) 10:25, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. I am unable to figure out how to rename the page. We should definitely get it updated. Mombasa oba (talk) 15:47, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I moved the page for you to its Yoruba spelling. --Gereon K. (talk) 16:10, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
