Merging discussion?[edit]

Hi @DiplomatTesterMan:, you recently added merge to/merge from templates, but there isn't any separate discussion section. Is there any error? Manasbose (talk) 06:34, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I guess I made some mistake or left something out when tagging the articles to be merged. Is the discussion section suppose to be automically created on the talk page or do we have to do it manually? DTM (talk) 07:58, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@DiplomatTesterMan: Add a new merging section in the talk page of destination article (education in India) and mention your reasons. Then add the link to the merge template in each article(ie both source and destination). See Wikipedia:Merging. Although my opinion is 10+2 is a international system applied in many countries. Add only 5+3+3+4 in merging proposal. Manasbose (talk) 08:11, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Manasbose: I should know this, I've done it before :D.... just needed a reminder. I've added the Merger proposal text as per the default text given. Thanks. DTM (talk) 09:02, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@DiplomatTesterMan: Then you must be as clumsy as me lol. Anyways, I've added discuss parameter in all the three templates. Manasbose (talk) 09:13, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
