battery/regiment?[edit]

@User:AustralianRupert sugested tweaking a couple of sentences but this para might need clarifying. {{quoteThe 13th Field Regiment remained in New Guinea until October 1943, when it was withdrawn back to Australia. Use of battery appears misplaced? When it was assigned to 11 Div was unclear in the earlier version and this version should be checked. It could be as simple as moving the 11 Div sentence to before the Atherton sentence if needed. Hope this helps. RegardsCinderella157 (talk) 00:25, 21 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Cinderella157: G'day, yes battery should be regiment, thanks - the issue arose because I was re-using text I wrote a few years back for the 48th Battery and obviously didn't pay due care. Regarding the re-assignment to the 11th Div, I'm not sure of the exact date at the moment (so as such I've tried to keep the text generic). Again, I am re-using text I developed for the 48th Bty article and unfortunately don't have the book I used at hand (Roundshot to Rapier). I am planning to try to get the book via inter library loan early next year, at which point I should be able to fill in a lot of holes in this article.
