Overall: Meets criteria, no copy-vio detected, AGF on offline sources (the two online sources check out). Article is well written and neutral; I've fixed some v v minor typos. I did wonder whether the hook could be made more concise; something like:

ALT1: ... that the first election in Baden to allow women to vote resulted in nine women being elected to the state legislature?
