To merge Bolivian Constituent Assembly, 1938–39 into Bolivian National Convention of 1938

I'm proposing this merge since the pages refer to the same thing. The National Convention was the official title, despite the primary role of the gathering being to write a new constitution.--Carwil (talk) 22:24, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
