Second televised game?[edit]

According to p. 131 of the Alabama Media Guide, the Alabama vs. Fordham game on October 7, 1939, was the second televised game. I have not been able find another source to confirm it, but based on it happening a week after the 1939 Waynesburg vs. Fordham football game, with the television "exhibition" at the 1939 World's Fair in New York and the equipment already in place, it would make sense that it rather than the NE/KSU as being the second televised game. That would seem to refute the claim for the information I found. Go ahead and make changes!--Paul McDonald (talk) 01:33, 16 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
