Untitled[edit]

I removed two statements for lack of verification. The first was that the Buccaneers drafted Bo Jackson despite his having said that he would never play for the Buccaneers. I'll put that back in if I can find a statement verifying it, but I have seen many articles on Jackson's drafting without coming across anything to that effect. I think it's clear that he did not want to join the Buccaneers, and that his agents did not make a good-faith effort in negotiations, but everything I've seen indicates that he was expected to be signable. The second was that "Donald Igwebuike was the only standout". This is a pure statement of opinion, even if it can be verified that Igwebuike had the statistically best season of all Buccaneers. You could also point to James Wilder, Craig Swoope, and Nathan Wonsley as having solid seasons that were cut short by injury. Frank Garcia's net punting average was near the league lead. The heart of the matter is that the Buccaneers at this point were a diseased team, so that nobody was going to have a great season, no matter how talented.GuySperanza (talk) 16:01, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reviewer: Leave Message, Yellow Evan home After reading the page twice I have only one suggestion. Was any of Tampa Bay's games on TV? Since its nothing big I am passing this. Leave Message, Yellow Evan home

Somehow I missed that, but most of these pages already had that part filled in when I started editing them. I'll fix that. Dementia13 (talk) 05:40, 22 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
