The pdf on the IGF site only has teams pictures (https://www.igfgolf.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/1988-mens1.pdf) I have provided a couple of sources for the results which includes the team top-10. The Times one is slightly different from the Canberra Times, in that the Times has New Zealand 9th and Chile and Japan tied for 10th while the Canberra Times has Japan 9th and New Zealand 10th - the difference being whether Japan scored 920 or 915.
